Professional Trading Masterclass (PTM)
If you’re here, it means you’re interested in learning more about the Professional Trading Masterclass (PTM). Well, at least, you’re interested in hearing what I have to say about it.
Before I talk about the PTM, I want to go over the basic structure of the education provided by Institute of Trading and Portfolio Management (ITPM):
ITPM offers mentorship programs with real professional traders who have been successful in making BIG money in their careers. These mentorship programs run for 3 months and you have a selection of mentors all around the world to learn from.
However, it would be silly to just offer mentorship programs without a base foundation. This is true for the student and the mentor. The mentors want to know the student understands the basics of portfolio management, things that aren’t worth teaching over and over again with 1-on-1 attention. The students would probably want to get an idea of what the program is about before spending multiple thousands of dollars.
This is where the online content comes in. There is the:
Introduction to Professional Level Trading (IPLT)
Professional Trading Masterclass (PTM)
Professional Options Trading Masterclass (POTM)
Professional FOREX Trading Masterclass (PFTM)
Here, I’ll be talking about the PTM.
The PTM is the main flagship online program for ITPM and there is A LOT of information. I think there were some 40+ hours of content. And it’s all good stuff too.
The IPLT teaches you how to stop bleeding money. The PTM teaches you how to start making money. It provides you with the framework to understand how professional traders see the world.
Retail traders hear a company on the news and decide to buy or sell. Professional traders keep track of the macroeconomic environment, analyzing which sectors are growing vs. slowing, which industries are experiencing significant change, and which companies will be most affected by those changes. This is all BEFORE the news comes out.
Is it a mystery why professional traders are consistently profitable while 90% of retail traders lose 90% of their money in 90 days? If you get the IPLT, you can prevent that from happening. But if you PTM, you’ll begin to see where the opportunities are for big movements which = big returns.
But does everyone who uses the PTM make big money and big returns? No.
Does that mean that PTM is a scam? Not in the slightest.
Trading in the stock market involves risk. There is always risk of making money and losing money. Sometimes, you can get lucky and make A LOT of money in the stock market. Sometimes you get unlucky and give all those gains back or get wiped out.
The PTM doesn’t tell you “buy xyz stock and you’ll make profit”. It tells you how professional traders generate ideas to make profit. It tells you what a quality idea actually looks like. It shows you where to put your time and effort.
However, if you’re not willing to do the work, no program will help you become consistently profitable.
But if you are willing to do the work, the PTM will tell you where to look to find the opportunities and how to fit those opportunities in a portfolio, just like how professionals do it. And if you trade how professionals trade, then you will have the results of a professional trader.
The PTM is a truly great program, world class.
